Hi, my name is Lillie & I'm a certified
Health & Nutrition Life coach, who specializes in optimizing micronutrient intake and boosting one's metabolism. While diet is an incredibly important, pillar for building one's health, I do other lifestyle habits that contribute to my health and happiness like strength training, sauna, giving gratitude and taking walks outside in nature!
My Inspiration
We all have a story and reason behind our motivation. My father left when I was too young to remember. Meanwhile, my mother was addicted to drugs and alcohol. Growing up in a verbally & physically abusive household, made me stronger & more passionate to find my freedom. I moved out of my home at the age of 16 and shortly after, became an emancipated minor. After legally being granted my freedom, I became more determined to find deeper truths to life & embrace each and every day! I can be silly, animated, and dorky but most importantly, I'm always smiling!
My Philosophy
We are all unique so what works for one person, does not mean it will work for someone else. Be open to new things, prepared for change, and most importantly, keep the right mindset. There is no "one shoe fits all", so let's figure out what works best for you to make a sustainable lifestyle that you will enjoy and help you thrive!
